Using a wax melt is simple and enjoyable! Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use our wax melts:

Choose your favourite wax melt: Select the scent that suits your mood or desired ambiance from our wide range of melts.
Prepare your wax warmer: Place the wax melt into the dish or tray of your wax warmer. Make sure to follow the instructions provided with your specific wax warmer to ensure safe and proper usage.
Heat up the wax: Turn on your wax warmer or light your tea light in the bottom of your burner and let it warm up. As the heat rises, it will start to melt the wax.
Experience the fragrance: As the wax begins to melt, it will release a delightful aroma, filling the room with a lovely scent. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the fragrance as it spreads throughout the space.
Enjoy the long-lasting scent: Our wax melts are designed to slowly release their scent, offering hours of enjoyment. Allow the wax melt to continue melting until you are ready to turn off your wax warmer (maximum melt time - 4 hours or as recommended by the instructions provided with your wax burner/warmer)
Clean and switch scents: Once you are done using a particular wax melt, allow the wax to cool and become solid again. You can then easily remove the solid wax from the dish or tray of your wax warmer. If desired, you can switch to a different wax melt and repeat the process.

Remember, never leave your wax warmer unattended and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Enjoy the wonderful aroma and ambiance created by our vegan and cruelty-free wax melts!

    • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Witney. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

  • Returns

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thereneeglowcandleco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
