Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. To initiate a return, please contact us at thereneeglowcandleco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will handle each case individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, we will process it within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. Please allow for additional delivery time during peak seasons.
All orders are shipped via second class mail through Royal Mail or Evri. If you are located within a small radius around Witney, you may be eligible for free local collection or delivery. This option will be displayed during checkout if your address falls within the range. Please wait for an email confirmation before coming to collect your order, as we need to ensure a convenient time for both parties.
